Care and Support

The minimum time a booking can be made for is 1 hour in Bourton-on-the-Water and 2 hours elsewhere.  (This time can be shared with a close neighbour.)

 Cancellation Fees: –

• If less than 24 hours notice is given 100% of the expected fee is due

• If 24 – 48 hours notice is given 50% of the expected fee is due

• More than 48 hours notice does not incur a cancellation fee

Payment

Ideally payment should be made on the day, but in all cases need to be made within forty-eight hours of receiving an invoice.

Mileage

If I take anybody out in my car, run errands or collect children from school, mileage will be charged at 45p per mile.
