Elderly Support

If you want to stay in your own home but are lonely and/or struggling to maintain your independence due to decreasing energy, memory or mobility; I can help to support you by providing help with: – Companionship – Computer Help – DIY – Household Tasks – Laundry – Meals – Medical Appointments – Organising – Outings – Shopping – Sorting – Transportation – Walks

For families that live a long way away and cannot visit their parent(s) as regularly as they would like to; I can provide the services above for your parent(s) so you can be assured that they will be able to maintain their independence and stay in their own home for as long as possible.  Should your parent(s) require full-time care in the future, I can help them to sort through and manage this transition.

Please note that I don’t offer personal care, but I am able to liaise with other carers should this be required.

Quotes from my caring references: –

Corinne has shown herself to be kind and caring, patient, supportive, imaginative in her ideas and thorough in her research.  Corinne has also been adaptable and learned on the job, she has read up on best practice, attended dementia courses and been open to debate on the best way forward.                (Olivia from Hereford)

It was a great comfort to me, to know that I could call on someone close at hand, when I lived over 100 miles away from my parents.  Corinne managed to show compassion while being very pragmatic and was very flexible – nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
(Shelley from Harpenden)

Corinne was kind, caring and considerate towards my mother.  She was patient and extremely tactful in dealing with my mother’s dementia.
(Sarah from Tetbury)
